Wonderful place, almost everything is close by. Staff members are super friendly and handy and speak fantastic English. You will discover activities every single evening and it´s an excellent way to socializing with people. Rooms and facilities are ok and towels changed daily. Only thing was my bed for being a tiny bit noisy but that’s incredibly insignificant. Good value for the money!

Me and my family stayed at the hotel for two or three days to exploring the city. Hotel Centrum is located in a really central posture, it is thoroughly clean along with the beds are really comfy! There is only one matter I’d personally advise heading ahead and that is to provide more hotel amenities, shower gel especially. Overall, I was very happy with this stay and would definitely suggest it to any one wanting to drop by Kraków.

I have booked the room for four nights with my wife. Beds ended up comfy and the space was constantly pretty clean. The employees were being pretty handy and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are large and also the closet. Bathroom have been clean and the shower was good. Not an extremely social hotel at least all along our stay.

Gerald Nelson

Extremely pleasant and clean spot. The area where is located is great, exactly what we required. Beds were being quite comfortable. There wasn’t a lot about the social environment however it´s very good for a complete night rest. I enjoyed my stay here enormously and will most likely reserve again for my future come to Kraków.
